Lunch with Petronas friends on the 21st May 2008

Last Tuesday, which was 21st of May 2008.. I went back to PETRONAS to clear out some unsettled business.. Hmm... okay, probably by now I might have been classified as 'sentimental' for being too attached to PETRONAS until could not let it go... hehe. Hey, how can one help it after being working there for 2 1/2 years.

Well.., partly.. it is true... it is sad to not be working together with some of my good friends in PETRONAS anymore.. which friendship bond was built throughout my tenure there... and rest of the reason would be that I did not manage to complete another 30% of the resignation checklist on the 20th May. Why?... Well even though I was counting by hours before I'd be officially considered as ex-PETRONAS staff.. still in between those hours... I had to bestow my knowledge to my acquaintances which at that time clearly in need of guidance. Hmm, will I get merit for this... do I need to put my generosity inside  a PPA... if yes... who's PPA will that be?? If this blog can speak... I'm sure it will say 'Nay' for it is as clear as the mineral water that I'm just doing a voluntary work up till this stage... Hmm... just think of the good deed and 'sadaqah' for the time being yea.. :-)

This time around, I managed to wriggle myself away around lunch hour by intensively coaching my dear friend on demurrage before I leave PETRONAS for good. Gee, I do hope he managed to grasp the information I bombarded to him,.. well hope he would not forget to always refer the GT&C as well as NLP when dealing with the demurrage calculation... AMIN.

Arrived at the Pizza Hut restaurant with Syaz at about...well... 15 minutes late....Sis Jaedah, Shalina, Zarah and Lini had already seated and waiting for us. Sorry guys...didn't mean it... really...THOUSAND apologies, kay !!! 

Actually, I'm glad that I came that day... previous lunch date, Zarah, Lini, Shalina and Syaz were absent.. hence... I considered this a Blessing in Disguise :-) Zarah.. Syaz... thanks a 'bunch of flowers' that you guys remembered to snap photos of the lunch moment. And you guys.. please remember that I love you all and do not be a stranger now, yea :-)
